3. Explain the judge you would desire to influence the juror's decision in your favor. (AC/T/V)
4. Explain to me if you were an attorney why you would use eyewitness testimony or not. You may also include what you ask/do if the opposing counsel had an eyewitness on the stand to cross

5. Explain what "other issues" could influence the outcome of a case. (AC/T/V)
