Activities:

Assessment of outcomes are designed to demonstrate a variety of Critical Thinking Skills & Attitudes. These outcomes will be assessed through a variety of activities and will NOT be on a quiz.

22. Demonstrate an understanding of the various types of Stressors in your life. (AC/D/ICMP/T)
23. Provide critical thought to the methods in which you cope with stress in your life. (AC/D/ICMP/T)


Please keep in mind there may be some variance of the above indicators depending on class progress, interest, need, and other factors such as instructor illness, campus holidays, emergency closings etc. Multiple symbols simply means you will find information to answer the outcome in each of them.  You should use ALL of these to help you answer the outcome!   When possible, articles, handouts & videos are provided on my website to meet Sustainability efforts. If it is not possible to provide them in this way, it is your responsibility to obtain/view items should you be  absent. Please keep in mind, while information may overlap between sources, there may be unique information in each of them.
